The Vario Universal Hatchet is a robust and reliable tool with a well thought-out design and fastening system that allows the handle and blade to be easily changed.
The slight curvature of the ergonomic 45cm hickory handle transmits the force particularly well, which in turn enables fatigue-free working.
The increasing angle of the forged 700g blade means that the hatchet can be used for chopping as well as cutting, and the special blade shape makes the Vario hatchet a great tool for all lighter tasks around the house and garden.
But it also has its place when hiking and camping, as its compact size makes it easy to attach to your backpack on any trip into the wilderness.

A steel handle guard protects the front of the connection and provides additional protection for the handle from the front and sides. The hex screws are designed for use with a standard Allen key, which is included with every axe. The product line includes five different heads and three handle lengths, allowing you to assemble the right tool for virtually any application – by individually combining the components, you can create the ideal axe for any task.
